A focused small-size companion and digital colour system.
Inspired by the editorial discipline of the supplied 2018 reference guide. This is a Sovereign Foundry support system, not the same identity.
The primary rendered artwork is shown exactly as supplied. Its texture, lighting, geometry, and original colour remain outside this support-system redesign.
Use the existing approved horizontal or stacked files for large brand placements. Do not recolour, redraw, trace, filter, or regenerate them.
Existing layouts embed the approved PNG and retain editable type. They are not pure vector logos.
Full artwork: 1024 × 1024 px. Shield: 530 × 660 px. Larger exports are upscaled and contain no added detail.
The small companion keeps the heavy shield, tipped crucible, controlled flow, receiving mould, and deliberate negative spaces of the latest builder.
Blue monochrome on white is the primary small-size expression. Reverse to white on blue when the field requires it. Charcoal is a supporting neutral, not a replacement for the blue default.
#FFB900 may highlight the flow in digital-only moments. It is not the default companion and should never recolour the protected rendered logo.
Core digital colours carry the new companion system: blue leads, charcoal anchors, grey supports, and white gives the mark room.
Secondary colours are optional digital accents only. The supplied guide contains conflicting print formulas; no unconfirmed print equivalents are invented here.
The shield rim, crucible opening, flow, and mould are separate readable forms. The monochrome variants intentionally retain gaps at the pour and mould so the silhouette does not collapse.
Use clearspace equal to at least one-sixth of the companion height on every side. Increase it near controls, crops, photography, or another mark.
Use the simplified small companion at 24 px high or larger where possible. Favicon files are purpose-built for 16 / 32 / 48 px, where texture and binary detail cannot resolve.
At 180 px, use the supplied iOS opaque export. Do not upscale a 16 px favicon for app use.
| Asset | Recommended minimum | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| TRUE VECTOR companion | 24 px high | Preserves shield, pour, and receiving mould separation. |
| Rendered shield | 96 px high | Texture and edge detail need breathing room. |
| Rendered lockup | 240 px wide | Wordmark remains legible; use native or supplied PNG. |
Use a Helvetica-like sans for the support guide and digital collateral. Helvetica is not redistributed. The HTML requests Helvetica first, then Arial or an available Liberation Sans-style fallback.
The included DejaVu files remain available for editing the protected legacy SVG layouts; they are not required by this guide.
Use one field and one intended colourway at a time. The companion can be placed on white, blue, or a quiet neutral when contrast and clearspace are maintained.
It is not a replacement for the approved rendered artwork and never carries invented claims, certifications, slogans, or personal details.
| Never | Why |
|---|---|
| Recolour the protected rendered logo | Its original palette is an approved source exception. |
| Close the rim / flow / mould gaps | Monochrome readability depends on preserved negative space. |
| Add random slogans, badges, or certification language | These are not approved identity elements. |
iOS PNGs are opaque blue squares with a white companion. Apple applies its own corner mask; no premade rounding is included.
Android and PWA assets use the same blue field. Maskable artwork keeps a smaller companion inside the central safe zone so platform masks do not crop the shield.
TRUE VECTOR is geometry-only and scales cleanly. HYBRID files are useful layouts but contain embedded raster source artwork. The two families are labelled so handoff does not overpromise.
PNG exports are supplied for predictable placement. SVG source is included when editability or scalable geometry is required.
| Need | Select | Format / caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Large approved identity placement | logos/, symbols/ | Existing HYBRID raster/SVG or PNG. Protected original palette. |
| Small digital mark | vector/ | TRUE VECTOR SVG and transparent PNG preview. Blue first. |
| App / web icon | icons/ | Opaque blue/white platform exports; maskable safe zone. |
| Social / presentation artwork | social/ | Existing approved files are retained byte-identically. |
| Guidelines / overview | guidelines/, overview/ | Landscape A4 HTML/PDF and 1600 × 1000 contact sheet. |
This pack adds a reusable support layer without changing the approved main rendered artwork. Start with the blue companion, use the reversed asset on blue, and reserve gold for a small digital accent.
Manifest hashes provide a final byte-level inventory. The old pack remains available beside this new pack as the source of approved rendered assets.
